As one of the  features of Galaxy Phase IV (Theater Project) , this initiative achieved  millimeter-level installation accuracy  through advanced engineering solutions. Utilizing a  high-precision total station 3D coordinate positioning system , the team successfully assembled  594 sets of non-standard customized units  with a tolerance control of  ±10mm , overcoming critical challenges including: 

-  Multi-dimensional angular adjustments (±15°)  under complex spatial configurations 

-  Synchronous positioning for high-altitude hoisting  in constrained environments 

-  Non-linear geometric constraints  and  limited workspace conditions
