By integrating BIM building information model and total station measurement technology, a three-dimensional fine analysis of the concrete structure, wall system and in-depth design model is carried out to achieve three-dimensional precise positioning and layout of the glass curtain wall unit and the ceiling metal decorative panel. The high-precision digestion method is used to optimize the interface handover processing, and the tolerance curtain accumulation problem of the interface between the new building and the exterior curtain wall and fine decoration is effectively solved by dynamically adjusting the installation process parameters. Finally, an adjustable structured node solution based on real-time performance measurement and control data is used to achieve full-level installation control and improve the integrity of the building's surface finish.
